What is the points service?

mamian's points service is a great shopping points service available exclusively to online store members.
If you register as a member on the mamian online store and shop while logged in, you will receive 5 points for every 100 yen spent on products.
The points you earn can be used for payments at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
* Points will be awarded 7 days after the product is shipped.
* Points will not be awarded for anything other than the product price, such as shipping fees or payment fees.
* Points do not have an expiration date.
* Cannot be used in conjunction with coupons or other discounts.

How to check and use points

1. Once you log in to your account, your points will be displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Add the product to your cart, enter the points you wish to use, and click "Use points" to display the discount amount.
3. Check the amount due on the order information screen and complete your order.
If points are applied, the coupon code for using points will be displayed in the coupon code input field on the order information screen.
You can either delete the coupon code tag or cancel the points redemption from the points screen.
*If you are not logged in, your points will not be displayed.
*If you operate the screen before the input information is updated, the input information will not be applied.

If you cancel/return your order

Once your order is cancelled, all used points will be refunded.
In addition, if you purchase multiple items and return some of them, points will be returned according to the refund amount.
